A HOT referral is an introduction to a person who is waiting for a call!
When you call a HOT referral, they have already been pre-qualifed by the referring member, they are need of your product or service, and are expecting your call.
These leads should be followed up on immediately and are often passed prior to the actual meeting where the lead form has been submitted via an email introduction.
A BOW is an introduction to a person who is a potential referral partner, recruit, or other person that can be valuable to a member's Sphere of Influence.
Most referrals, of this type, are best handled with an email introduction so that the referral and the member already have each other's contact information and can work together to meet the customer's need.
An Opportunity Knocking is a colder referral that will require more follow-up by the member. These are prospects that you have reason to believe may be interested in a product or service offered by one of our members such as a user requesting recommendations on social media or buying cues such as a dumpster in the driveway.
However, to be qualified as an OPPORTUNITY KNOCKING, there must be enough information provided for the referral partner to reach out to the prospect.
We strive to maintain accessibility standards for all. We are currently working on updating our website, but please feel free to reach out to us directly if you have any questions or need assistance.
