Thrive! members are committed to helping each other grow our business through quality lead referrals. This process takes networking to a whole new level and results in much more ROI for your time and effort! As such, members have a goal of passing at least 2 quality referrals (at least 1 HOT) per month.
A HOT referral is an introduction to a person who is waiting for a call!
When you call a HOT referral, they have already been pre-qualifed by the referring member, they are need of your product or service, and are expecting your call.
These leads should be followed up on immediately and are often passed prior to the actual meeting where the lead form has been submitted.
Most referrals, of this type, are best handled with an email introduction so that the referral and the member already have each other's contact information and can work together to meet the customer's need.
Members are encouraged to be proactive in seeking HOT referrals and submit an average of 2 referrals per month.
An Opportunity Knocking is a colder referral that will require more follow-up. These are prospects that you have reason to believe may be interested in a product or service offered by one of our members. Examples are:
However, to be qualified as an OPPORTUNITY KNOCKING,
there must be enough information provided for the referral partner to
locate or reach out to the prospect.
Thrive! Arundel is comprised of business professionals who live and work in the Anne Arundel County area. These professionals understand the value of a referral group focused on developing a strong network of strategic business partners with whom they can exchange quality business referrals.
While business networking is our primary goal, the group also recognizes the value of personal and professional development. So, at each meeting an educational topic is provided for open discussion on a thought provoking topic. In addition, workshops are offered on a variety of business related topics.
Most members of the group live or work in the areas in which they are responsible for developing business. With this geographic focus, the professional and philanthropic efforts of the group overflow to their friends and neighbors creating a uniquely strong sense of "community."
Each quarter, the group gives back to our local communities by donating time and resources to support worthy causes. Past recipient organizations include:
